A Little About Me

I believe meaningful change begins with being seen and understood. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked in the demands of daily life.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through both insight and connection. Together, we will explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped your story while creating space for new possibilities to emerge. I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to our work, meeting you with respect for your expertise.

Many of the individuals and families I work with are navigating life transitions, caregiving responsibilities, relationship challenges, the lasting effects of trauma, or a general sense of overwhelm and disconnection. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help you cultivate greater clarity and a more sustainable way of moving through life.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. My work is influenced by trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy, while remaining responsive to the unique needs and goals of each person I meet.

My approach

At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy is a shared process. While I bring clinical expertise and perspective, you bring knowledge of your own life, experiences, and aspirations.

Together, we create a space where growth can unfold, difficult emotions can be explored safely, and meaningful change can take root.
